Air Canada/Air Canada Jazz: any domestic Canadian route, but particularly regional BC runs. I find Air Canada and its regional affiliate Jazz to be terrible airlines. Late flights without any reason, old planes, rude staff, inflexible policies. I'm surprised they've lasted as long as they have. The only Air Canada staff who seem to care are the ones who worked for Canadian Airlines. That was a great airline that won major awards for the level of service it provided.
