I am writing about American Airlines/ American Eagle, and how for the past 4 years have been so helpful and generous to me, this year I went to the airport, to catch a flight to Rochester, Minnesota, they would not let me leave the ground because I would not have made my connection due to weather , so I came back the next day to find the same problem, so on the third day I stared at the airport saying will this be a 3 strikes out or a third times a charm, and it it happened to be third times a charm, as soon as I got there my boarding cards were all ready for me, and off I went, coming home as soon as I landed the supervisor came over and gave me a big hug and said I was worried about you all the way coming home due to bad weather, now mind you I have meet this person only once, and I have never seen her before. THat is the kind of service I would love to see again and again. That is why I will only fly American.
