International business class passengers say Northwest
pales in comparison to its competitors, with
"not as good" service, "not as convenient" schedules,
and seats that "do not recline as spectacularly."

I have done the SFO-HKG route on Northwest.
Flight times are NOT as convenient,
business class seats do not recline as spectacularly far and service is
not as good. Particularly disastrous is Northwest's stop in Narita;
totally knocks you out of whack for good in-flight sleeping.
